AI BEST PRACTICE
Here are some tips from our Talent Acquisition team on how to effectively use AI to boost your application with us, and not diminish your chances of success:
- Use tools such as ChatGPT to help you find structure to your CV We know that formatting your CV can be difficult; especially if you have a lot of experience you wish to showcase. By using AI as a base, it can help you find the right structure to demonstrate these experiences.
- Don’t copy and paste answers from AI tools into our application questions Be authentic and tell us why you have applied. Reasons such as career development, a new challenge or passion about sustainability are not only valid, but also what we are looking for. If you are stuck on how to format your response, you can use the AI tools, but don’t let your answer be written for you word for word. Take the time to put the AI suggestions into your own words – something that feels authentic and genuine to you.
- Use tools as a grammar and spell check An excellent use of AI tools is for spelling and grammar. Whether English is your first language or not we all need help sometimes with spelling and grammar. Double checking your answers or CV through these tools can help you feel more secure in your application.
