WORK FROM ANYWHERE POLICY
The ENODA Work from Anywhere policy gives eligible employees the freedom to work from anywhere (assuming the chosen location meets certain requirements) for up to 5 working days in any 12 month rolling period.
HOLIDAY PLUS SCHEME
Holiday Plus is a scheme which allows you to buy up to 5 additional holidays to add to your existing holiday entitlement. You will also pay less tax, as Holiday Plus is taken via salary sacrifice and deducted from your gross salary.
DENTAL CASH BACK PLAN
Our Dental Health Cash Back Plan, allows our employees claim money back, up to an annual £500 limit, to contribute to the cost of your dental healthcare.

SEASON TICKET LOAN
ENODA’s Season Ticket Loan allows you to receive an interest-free loan of up to £5,000 to assist with the purchase of an annual public transport season ticket or parking pass to assist with travel to work.
